My son had his first ortho appointment this morning at Otto orthodontics, and it went so well. The staff is amazing and Dr. Larkin was fantastic. Thomas was all smiles, which was nice because he went in not super happy about having to have an expander again after a not so great experience elsewhere. They definitely put him at ease, and I’m pretty sure he actually had fun! Truly, they were wonderful.

And on the “mom end” of things, I appreciated how attentive and thorough they were in explaining treatment and timelines. Check in and check out process was very efficient. Plus, it is a very upbeat and positive atmosphere! You can tell they really care. So very glad we chose Otto orthodontics.

I had my Invisalign appointment with Dr. Otto and had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Otto was very knowledgeable she took the time to explain the entire Invisalign process, and answered all of my questions . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative!

My daughters and step daughters go to Otto ortho for their ortho work! Such a pleaser to go into the office, my kids love it!! AJ helped me and was amazing regarding our account! I’ve never been to an orthodontist before and my experience with Otto Orthodontics was amazing. They far exceeded my expectations. The staff is so friendly starting with the front desk. The place was so vibrant and fun. My consultation with Ashley went better than I would have imagined. She was the perfect mix of professionalism and personable. I felt really comfortable going over the plan and I felt like I could talk with her forever. Dr. Roland was so nice and made me feel really comfortable and optimistic about my future smile. She gave me options to weigh as well as informed me on what she thinks would be the best route. Getting mouth work done can be stressful but this place is amazing and I’m so glad I pulled the trigger to check them out and can’t wait for to have the smile that I’ve always dreamed of. Love Otto Orthodontics! I was able to get started with my treatment back in May and have had nothing but great experiences at every single appointment since then! Both Dr do such a great job at really addressing your needs, answering all questions, and making sure your teeth stay on track! Just got my daughter started in treatment here a couple months ago and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
