Great staff and super kind! I came in a couple minutes late to an appointment, but no worries!!! They already had me checked in and I was in the back within 5 minutes.

I can't say enough positive things about Otto Orthodontics in Wentzville! From the moment we walked into the office, we felt welcomed and at ease. The entire team is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and compassionate. They took the time to thoroughly explain my daughters treatment options and answered all our questions. The entire staff is friendly and professional, creating a comfortable and positive environment.

They're very knowledgeable and explained the process to my son and I in detail. They have made him feel comfortable when he was scared. So far we have had a great experience and are already seeing great results. Definitely recommend.

Getting braces in your mid to late 20s can be very intimidating. From the time I called, to my first visit, to having my braces fully done has been nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism is top notch from the brand in its self, the identity, and who they choose to hire. I am very big on going to places that make me feel comfortable, not a dreading experience especially with how many visits you need for your treatment. They make you feel like you are a part of the family. Another thing I admired is the communication throughout the entire process. They do not skip a beat in explaining everything to you. Lastly, Dr. Otto and the staff are genuinely amazing people. Kindness, compassion, and authenticity are what they showed every single day I’ve been in that office and over the phone. They’ve done such an amazing job with not only my teeth but my confidence! Absolutely would recommend OTTO to the entire world. They would have several michelin stars in the ortho world. 11/10 great place.

We are just beginning our treatment with Otto Orthodontics for my son, but I could not be happier so far. They worked with us through rescheduling due to inclement weather, and were helpful in getting his treatment started while we were already in office for a follow up consultation. The entire staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and I feel confident that we made the right choice in going with Otto for my son’s braces.

Otto Orthodontics has been wonderful with my family. So far two of my children and I have gone to them. Between the three of us we needed braces/Invisalign and other orthodontic treatments and they have been so helpful with everything. They answer any questions/concerns and they explain everything. We have loved them so much and now my youngest will be getting braces there soon. I highly recommend Otto!

We’ve had a great experience so far with my 9 yr old daughter getting braces. Everyone is super nice and she looks forward to her appointments.

Lynde’s appointment went wonderful. The staff at this orthodontist is wonderful. We had a great experience 10 years ago with my first daughter and so far it’s been a great experience with my youngest child. They made it to where it was not very stressful for her getting her new braces. Wonderful staff.
