Very clean office, runs on time, everyone in the office has been extremely friendly, and the doctors are not going to end your treatment until your alignment is perfect. I work in Dentistry and I have worked professionally with quite a bit of orthodontists in the STL area and I chose this office as a patient myself for all of the reasons listed above. They are outstanding 🙂

As far as I am concerned Dr. Otto is an angel. I came to her with many oral complications and she willing took me on as a patient and helped me finish my orthodontia process with efficiency and care. Dr. Otto, her staff, and this office are nothing short of amazing. If you need braces, this is where you need to go!

I took my daughter here yesterday for her initial consultation. From the woman who took all of my daughter’s X-rays and pictures, the treatment coordinator, the front desk ladies and the orthodontist, every part of our appointment was great! We had the treatment plan explained thoroughly and all our questions were answered.

This whole office is nothing short of WONDERFUL! Very welcoming from the time we walked in the door! Explained every step of the process to us. Even though braces will be pushed off a little longer due to some stubborn baby teeth, I thought it was very professional that the Doctor came in and greeted us and explained the plan for our next appt. I’m very happy with the choice we’ve made for our daughter’s orthodontic care!

My daughter had her first appointment today and it went absolutely amazing. Every single person we came into contact with was so so sweet. Checking in at the front desk. Everyone was so nice. Then the tech that did her whole workup for her appointment was so nice and let her look at all of the X-rays and pictures of her teeth. Once we had a treatment plan the coordinator explained every part of the process to us! We even got lucky enough that they were able to fit us in the same day to get her braces put on! The doctor, the tech that installed her braces were absolutely amazing. I wish that I could put more than five stars because they deserve it!!!
