Today my son received his top set of braces and our experience from the consultation to today with Otto Orthodontics has been amazing. All of the ladies made my son comfortable and they were so informative and we left today knowing exactly how to take care of his new braces. Even though we’ve only been going for a short time, I highly recommend them. They are just lovely 🥰

We had an amazing experience at Otto Orthodontics- Wentzville. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and understood our concerns. They are very family friendly and made efforts to ensure my 9 y/o daughter was comfortable. The office was very clean and organized. Extra shoutout to Ashley our treatment coordinator who explained everything extremely well and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed and we left the office feeling like we had an excellent plan in place. Thank you to the entire team at Otto Orthodontics.

I had my Invisalign appointment with Dr. Otto and had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Otto was very knowledgeable she took the time to explain the entire Invisalign process, and answered all of my questions . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative!

I found Otto Orthodontics just last week. Their website and the team that answers phone calls say that they want to get to know you and truly care about their patients. I was shocked to find out that this is NOT just a slogan at Otto. They really mean it! My partner had a situation that seemed to be impossible for him to get the treatment he needed. The team at Otto was able to find a solution and make his treatment possible! The technology they have is awesome, you don't even need to have impressions with the yucky stuff everyone chokes on, it is like a 5 second laser instead. Incredible. I just can't thank everyone at Otto enough for their genuine care for folks. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure!

such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful 🙂 I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷

We had the best experience today at Otto Orthodontics! My son got his braces, and everything from start to finish was seamless. Dr. Otto is truly a professional...so knowledgeable, kind, and great with kids. Every single person on her team was amazing and made us feel so comfortable. My brother has been going here over two years now I believe so and when I decided that I wanted braces I knew I wanted to come to this place because they are very welcoming and the team is hard-working and even with my own experience today I had such a pleasant and comfortable experience. They are so helpful and kind.
