Although we don't go here anymore (double insured we needed to find a place that took both our insurance's) we absolutely loved it when we did! This office is truly full of dedicated wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make what can be a scarey experience so calm and inviting! The environment they created is fun and vibrant while still having that comfy cozy feeling making it a more relaxing experience than you would think possible for an orthodontist office. My girlie's really enjoyed the artwork and neon pink signs but they really thought it was cool the staff had matching shoes!! The kiddos like to dress up the same so that was like coolest thing for them! The best thing overall though was the ease of communication between the staff, orthodontist, myself, and my daughter! They just really made an effort to make you feel heard when asking questions, answering questions, explaining, just all of it!!! 10/10 I wish every office I HAD to go to was this way, I'd never miss any appointments! 😆

We had an amazing experience at Otto Orthodontics- Wentzville. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and understood our concerns. They are very family friendly and made efforts to ensure my 9 y/o daughter was comfortable. The office was very clean and organized. Extra shoutout to Ashley our treatment coordinator who explained everything extremely well and answered all of our questions. such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful :) I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷

I had my Invisalign appointment with Dr. Otto and had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Otto was very knowledgeable she took the time to explain the entire Invisalign process, and answered all of my questions . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative!

Love this place. Getting appointments is never a hassle. My kid usually has a short wait time. Everyone is professional; I have no doubt my child is getting the best most updated care. And honestly, I love the pink theme of the office and staff!

Huge Shout out to our FABULOUS Dental Technician, Nichole!! She has this gentle, warm presence that is so friendly and comforting but she is also very knowledgeable!! We are proud clients of OTTO Orthodontics and have been absolutely amazed with the consistency throughout the entire experience. The front desk staff are always very warm and welcoming, and our wonderful dental technician Nichole is absolutely stellar! I am confident that OTTO Orthodontics is well aware how much of a huge asset Nichole is to their team! We have seen her a few times and every time she picks up right where we left off! She makes my 12-year-old daughter feel more than comfortable, and is professional, and also extremely thorough, explaining all steps and any important information that my daughter should know in effort to reach the best possible outcome - she is patient and also is FANTASTIC in providing wonderful suggestions based on my daughters likes! (Huge bonus that she also is actually “in the know” with what is trendy for her age group! 😜😬😍) She is personable and professional, but above all she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Everyone in this office has been WONDERFUL, but we are always hopeful that it is Nichole that we get to visit with again! Love everything about this place; the cleanliness, efficiency, professionalism not to mention the wonderful results we have seen in such a short amount of time! Dr. Larkin really took time to understand what we are trying to achieve and even though we were told that we weren’t ready to begin for a long period of time other places, Dr. Larkin listened, and understood… He did some digging to see how he could help us and came back with a master plan! A master plan that is absolutely proving itself to be effective which speaks to his high level of expertise and also ability to think outside the box. We are SO grateful that we found Otto Orthodontics- and will never go anywhere else! We highly recommend anyone with children especially to check them out because I guarantee you will see the same value, expertise and professionalism!
