My son had his first ortho appointment this morning at Otto orthodontics, and it went so well. The staff is amazing and Dr. Larkin was fantastic. Thomas was all smiles, which was nice because he went in not super happy about having to have an expander again after a not so great experience elsewhere. They definitely put him at ease, and I’m pretty sure he actually had fun! Truly, they were wonderful.

And on the “mom end” of things, I appreciated how attentive and thorough they were in explaining treatment and timelines. Check in and check out process was very efficient. Plus, it is a very upbeat and positive atmosphere! You can tell they really care. So very glad we chose Otto orthodontics.

They are by far the best orthodontist place in
STL area. I love the atmosphere and don’t dread coming to get my teeth scanned and looked at. All the staff are very welcoming and can tell they love their jobs. You might have to pay more for braces or Invisalign but it is totally worth it. You get all the necessities and then some with the Invisalign treatment. I highly recommend going here if you want your smile to be fixed correctly.

I’ve been trying to get Invisalign for a while. My regular dentist office has gave me the run around and the one ortho I met with prior gave lack luster service.

Saw an Otto Orthodontics ad online and figured I’ll give it a shot. I was able to get scheduled within 3 days of inquiring and within my first hour long consult I knew they would take care great of me.

Very easy process to begin and better payment options than the competitors. I look forward to beginning treatment in the next few weeks!

After a year in invisalign to correct my bite, I am very happy with my results. Dr Otto, spent a lot of time on my challenging case and reassured me I would be happy with the results. She was confident in her approach and worked through my TMJ issue, which has gotten a lot better.
Dr Otto is very knowledgeable, assured; personable, and experienced in what she does. During my treatment, I knew I was in great hands and never felt like I had to question or second guess any part of my specific treatment plan.
