I’ve been trying to get Invisalign for a while. My regular dentist office has gave me the run around and the one ortho I met with prior gave lack luster service. Saw an Otto Orthodontics ad online and figured I’ll give it a shot. I was able to get scheduled within 3 days of inquiring and within my first hour long consult I knew they would take care great of me. We had an amazing experience at Otto Orthodontics- Wentzville. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and understood our concerns. They are very family friendly and made efforts to ensure my 9 y/o daughter was comfortable. The office was very clean and organized. Extra shoutout to Ashley our treatment coordinator who explained everything extremely well and answered all of our questions. I had a wonderful experience at Otto Orthodontics. I did Invisalign because my teeth had shifted from failing to wear my retainers for a few years. Everything from the check in to check out was amazing. The Staff is so welcoming and got me back quickly at each visit. The offices are so beautiful. Dr. Otto & Dr. Larkin helped me through my Invisalign journey and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The orthodontic assistants I had each time were so thorough & walked me through every step. I am so happy with my smile now! My teeth are straight again and my bite is fixed. I will be and have been referring everyone that is in need of orthodontic care to Otto Orthodontics! Although we don't go here anymore (double insured we needed to find a place that took both our insurance's) we absolutely loved it when we did! This office is truly full of dedicated wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make what can be a scarey experience so calm and inviting! The environment they created is fun and vibrant while still having that comfy cozy feeling making it a more relaxing experience than you would think possible for an orthodontist office. My girlie's really enjoyed the artwork and neon pink signs but they really thought it was cool the staff had matching shoes!! The kiddos like to dress up the same so that was like coolest thing for them! The best thing overall though was the ease of communication between the staff, orthodontist, myself, and my daughter! They just really made an effort to make you feel heard when asking questions, answering questions, explaining, just all of it!!! 10/10 I wish every office I HAD to go to was this way, I'd never miss any appointments! 😆

I was a little intimidated coming in for my first session with Invisalign. Alyssa’s calming and very attentive personality gave me much comfort. My daughter had completed Invisalign treatment and was very successful as her first 2 orthopedic agencies were not successful. I will recommend Otto Orthodontics to others for sure! I was told that going with Invisalign would be a better option and more cost effective. Upon receipt of the estimate, it was the same as a more complicated case of braces for another family about 14 months prior. I feel that the information was misleading. My original post did not reflect the true comparison of the cost between the two treatment plans. After further review I realized now that the cost of Invisalign is a more cost-effective option. Thanks, Otto, for helping me to understand the treatment options, cost, and for our family's current treatment.
