We have had such a wonderful experience with Otto orthodontist office! My son only had his braces on for 13 months, and part of the reason we had to wait a little longer was simply because we were waiting for some of his teeth to come in. Throughout the entire process, the whole team has been amazing to work with. One thing that really stood out to us was how accommodating and flexible they were. Even when our regular office didn’t have an appointment available, they gave us options to visit one of their other locations. No matter which office we went to, we were always greeted by friendly, helpful, and professional staff who made us feel comfortable. Everyone has been so patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout my son’s orthodontic journey. We truly appreciate the care they provided and how smoothly they made the entire process for both my son and our family. We are so happy with his results and would absolutely recommend this orthodontist to other families looking for great care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

Highly recommend! My main office was the St. Peter’s location but I’ve also been to the Wentzville location. Both locations are clean, spacious and convenient. The staff was always positive and so sweet. They’re more affordable than other places in the area. They have a texting line which is super convenient. They also offer a retainer for life program where you can get a replacement retainer at no extra cost. I took two of my kids somewhere else for their braces and that place was great too but it was pretty pricey. This rating comes from my ortho treatment that I just finished up. When it comes time for our youngest to start his braces treatment, he will be coming here as well.

Oh man! They are great! I had no baby sitter so I had to bring the 2 year old with me. She talked loud and ran around the whole office and worker joined in and played with while i received the services that I came for. I won’t bring here next time but if I had to I know it would not be a problem. The doctor that I saw was great! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you

I had a complicated case, Otto orthodontics took fantastic care of me and every single assistant was gentle each time. They addressed all of my concerns and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. I never felt like I was in the dark on what was going on. I often saw Christina during my appointments and she was so kind and took great care of me. I would 10/10 recommend going to Otto for adult orthodontics!
