They made it easy to make a connection with and they were able to answer the question I had and, of course, said if I had any more later to not hesitate to reach out so they could answer those as well. Everyone was so nice!!! I really felt like they took time to answer any questions and explain everything. It was not near as expensive as what I thought and the payment plan was great! They got a good laugh at my son wanting braces because he said he will "look cute." I would recommend solely based on how nice the staff was. He will get his braces on in a few weeks and will update again!

Dr. Otto and her team are exceptional! The office is beautifully designed, clean, and welcoming, creating a positive experience every time we visit. My two daughters have been coming here for over a year, and they absolutely love the personalized care and attention they receive. Dr. Otto’s incentive program is a fantastic touch – kids can earn amazing rewards like tennis shoes and even iPads! My daughters' favorite part is the "Braces Off" candy station, where they can finally enjoy all the treats they missed out on during treatment.
