Dr. Otto and her team are exceptional! The office is beautifully designed, clean, and welcoming, creating a positive experience every time we visit. My two daughters have been coming here for over a year, and they absolutely love the personalized care and attention they receive. Dr. Otto’s incentive program is a fantastic touch – kids can earn amazing rewards like tennis shoes and even iPads! My daughters' favorite part is the "Braces Off" candy station, where they can finally enjoy all the treats they missed out on during treatment.

Everyone was so nice!!! I really felt like they took time to answer any questions and explain everything. It was not near as expensive as what I thought and the payment plan was great! They got a good laugh at my son wanting braces because he said he will "look cute." I would recommend solely based on how nice the staff was. He will get his braces on in a few weeks and will update again!

What a great week!! We made our consultation on Monday for both kids, one almost 13 and the 2nd 11. I had no clue what to expect, since it feels like so many younger kids are getting braces. I thought we were way behind, but I was so glad to hear we weren’t behind at all, and just 2 days later the older kid already has his top braces. And the other still has a few years before she’s ready. Thank you for not pushing services before we needed them. The consultation and the appointment today was full of smiles, friendly helpful staff!!

I took my son for a consult for braces and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone we came in contact with made it feel like home. They were able to get his braces on while we were there so there was no need to make another appointment to get it done. They were VERY detailed with explaining the process from start to finish. The office was BERY clean and the environment is one you don't see often! My son had not one complaint and that’s huge for a 15 year old! Thank you OTTO Orthodontics!!!!!
