My first appointment at Otto orthodontics went amazing. The staff was so polite and made sure that if I had any questions or concerns they had an answer! If you or a loved one is looking into braces or Invisalign id highly recommend them. I haven’t even started treatment yet and I know I’ll love it here!

What a great week!! We made our consultation on Monday for both kids, one almost 13 and the 2nd 11. I had no clue what to expect, since it feels like so many younger kids are getting braces. I thought we were way behind, but I was so glad to hear we weren’t behind at all, and just 2 days later the older kid already has his top braces. And the other still has a few years before she’s ready. Thank you for not pushing services before we needed them. The consultation and the appointment today was full of smiles, friendly helpful staff!!

We typically go to the Wentzville location but have had to go here a couple of times for last minute/emergency issues. They’ve always been super quick to get us in and super nice! Highly recommend any of their locations!

Always friendly service. I have liked all of the assistants that worked on my braces. Cassie was my last tech and she did an awesome job taking my braces off without causing pain.

We love Otto Orthodontics! My daughter has had such a wonderful experience from our initial consultation to now (6 months into our braces journey). Every employee has been kind and pleasant. The office is always clean, bright, and professional. So pleased with our choice to use Otto!

Otto Orthodontist is by far the best Orthodontist I have used. They explain everything in great detail and even shows the parent's and child how everything should be done by video. I would recommend this group over any of them.

Otto staff was friendly and quick. They made a kind of scary experience (new braces) for my daughter painless and fun. They even gave her a swag bag when she left to help keep her braces and teeth looking great.
