A doctor-patient relationship is established only after an in-person consultation at one of our offices.
4. Appointment & Consultation Requests
Submitting a consultation or appointment request through the Site does not guarantee that the requested time or location will be available. All requests are subject to confirmation by our office staff. In the event of a scheduling conflict, we will contact you to arrange an alternate time.
