Welcome to the Otto Orthodontics website (the “Site”), owned and operated by Otto Orthodontics (“Otto Orthodontics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with offices in Wentzville, St. Peters, Fenton, Des Peres, and Creve Coeur, Missouri. By accessing or using this Site, requesting a consultation through it, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.
2. Use of the Site
This Site is provided for informational purposes about our orthodontic practice, our providers, and our services, and to allow visitors to request appointments or contact our office. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site.
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written permission.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.
3. No Medical Advice
The content on this Site — including text, graphics, images, and other material — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or dental advice. Nothing on this Site creates a doctor-patient relationship between you and Otto Orthodontics or any of its providers, including Dr. Genevieve Otto, Dr. Kirsten Karkow, Dr. Andrew Larkin, Dr. Katelyn Roland, or Dr. Sara Patterson. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after an in-person consultation at one of our offices.
4. Appointment & Consultation Requests
Submitting a consultation or appointment request through the Site does not guarantee that the requested time or location will be available. All requests are subject to confirmation by our office staff. In the event of a scheduling conflict, we will contact you to arrange an alternate time.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
These terms cover the Otto Orthodontics text messaging program. You opt in only by visiting the virtual consult form, entering your number, and checking a text-messaging box. Informational texts and marketing texts each have their own checkbox. Neither text box is required to submit the form. Checking a box is consent to Otto Orthodontics, not to unaffiliated advertisers.
If you check the informational box, Otto Orthodontics may send text messages (SMS/MMS) from (314) 900-6886 such as:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Patient care and conversational messages
- Scheduling and rescheduling communications
If you check the marketing box, Otto Orthodontics may send marketing texts such as promotional materials and newsletters.

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
