I had my top braces put on today and had a great experience from start to finish. My appointment was right on time, which I really appreciated. The team explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what to expect during and after the process. They also gave great advice on how to properly care for my braces moving forward. Highly recommend! My main office was the St. Peter’s location but I’ve also been to the Wentzville location. Both locations are clean, spacious and convenient. The staff was always positive and so sweet. They’re more affordable than other places in the area. They have a texting line which is super convenient. They also offer a retainer for life program where you can get a replacement retainer at no extra cost. I took two of my kids somewhere else for their braces and that place was great too but it was pretty pricey. This rating comes from my ortho treatment that I just finished up. When it comes time for our youngest to start his braces treatment, he will be coming here as well.

They are very willing, understanding and helpful to all needs. I have great experiences so far before my treatment and since my treatment for braces started in November. The orthodontist assts and Dr. Rowland are understanding and helpful, I have sensory issues with my mouth and teeth and they are always understanding and gives breaks too :) Always good experience!

Literally the best! They know what they’re doing here, and when I say so nice omg it’s like visiting family. Everyone in the office always has a smile on their faces. The office is always bright and clean. It’s so calm and peaceful at Otto orthodontics. I love it there!

Today I went in to start my aligner treatment and the entire staff was great. Starting with the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and Dr. Otto. Everyone was super nice and had great energy! We had a fantastic experience at Otto Orthodontics today for my daughter’s initial consultation with Dr. Larkin. He recommended a palate expander as part of her treatment plan to address her overcrowding during phase 1, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely engaged with my daughter. They took the time to listen to her (even when she was being a little silly!) and made her feel completely comfortable instead of rushed. The entire visit felt welcoming and thorough from start to finish. My only regret is not choosing Otto Orthodontics for my own treatment last year. Highly recommend!
