I’ve been trying to get Invisalign for a while. My regular dentist office has gave me the run around and the one ortho I met with prior gave lack luster service. Saw an Otto Orthodontics ad online and figured I’ll give it a shot. I was able to get scheduled within 3 days of inquiring and within my first hour long consult I knew they would take care great of me. such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful :) I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷

Wait wasn’t super long. Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to. They all took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Ashley was very informational making sure I understood everything and that I was satisfied before I left. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

They are very willing, understanding and helpful to all needs. I have great experiences so far before my treatment and since my treatment for braces started in November. The orthodontist assts and Dr. Rowland are understanding and helpful, I have sensory issues with my mouth and teeth and they are always understanding and gives breaks too :) Always good experience!
