Love this office! Everyone was very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job explaining everything to me. They also work with you with the cost and explain everything when it comes to that! They went through all the X-rays with me and explained that amazingly! The office is very welcoming and friendly! I would definitely recommend this office!!!

We had a fantastic experience at Otto Orthodontics today for my daughter’s initial consultation with Dr. Larkin. He recommended a palate expander as part of her treatment plan to address her overcrowding during phase 1, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely engaged with my daughter. They took the time to listen to her (even when she was being a little silly!) and made her feel completely comfortable instead of rushed.

The entire visit felt welcoming and thorough from start to finish. My only regret is not choosing Otto Orthodontics for my own treatment last year. Highly recommend!

Hands down best experience I have ever had. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I essentially went in for a consultation regarding Invisalign or braces, and I left work braces the same day. Everyone there was so friendly and never made me feel bad or uncomfortable about how bad my teeth are and went over lots of options for my treatment and were very understanding and accepting was just overall amazing definitely made me feel very comfortable

Dr. Otto is an earth angel!!! I am grateful our paths crossed. We had an unfortunate experience where my 10 year old knocked out her front two teeth at a friend’s home. At this point, we were not a patient of hers and did know her. She lived nearby, hopped in her car in her PJs (god love her), came over to reinsert the teeth. Dr Otto continued to check in while we were at Children’s hospital and days/weeks following. She researched and offered guidance on when to start braces. Today was an exciting day with brackets ❤️
