Great staff, always super friendly, my kids love the fun energetic atmosphere, and most important my child’s cross bite and crowding have been fixed! They’re flexible and have many options for appointment times that work well for everyone. Definitely will use in the future if any more of our kids require orthodontia.

Otto Orthodontics has been great since day one. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Roland has watched my daughter's permanent teeth come in and recommended treatments that have helped her teeth come in straighter. They never pushed for braces, taking a wait and see what happens as the teeth came in. Now that she has started braces, they are taking their time, letting her get used to them. It is very different than when I had braces in the 80s. I highly recommend Otto to anyone who needs orthodontics.

I was treated in the Des Peres office for braces. Every part of the 24 month treatment plan has been smooth and efficient. Dr. Otto, Dr. Larkin and the entire staff are top notch and very caring. Everyone seems to enjoy their work life which leads to wonderful patient care. Also my teeth look great! 😁

The staff here is so incredibly patient and kind, I saw them interacting with nervous patients especially the kids that need more hand holding and they spent a lot of time making sure everyone felt comfortable and heard. They all have the best attitudes, are so positive and playful, and still incredibly professional. I have been recommending them to everyone, everywhere and will continue to do so!

The office of Otto Orthodontics is great. My daughter has been going to their Fenton office for the last 2 years for treatment. Today she completed her braces regimen and we are so very happy with the results. The staff and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I would definitely recommend their services.
