We had a great experience at Otto Ortho in Fenton! Dr. Karkow and staff (Katelynn) worked with us and were patient and knowledgeable. Very personable staff, would highly recommend to anyone!!

I had a wonderful experience at Otto Orthodontics. I did Invisalign because my teeth had shifted from failing to wear my retainers for a few years. Everything from the check in to check out was amazing. The Staff is so welcoming and got me back quickly at each visit. The offices are so beautiful. Dr. Otto & Dr. Larkin helped me through my Invisalign journey and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The orthodontic assistants I had each time were so thorough & walked me through every step. I am so happy with my smile now! My teeth are straight again and my bite is fixed. I will be and have been referring everyone that is in need of orthodontic care to Otto Orthodontics! Can’t thank everyone enough!

They did such a great job fixing my teeth. They were always so friendly and made the whole process so easy. I would 100% recommend them for braces!

I was told that going with Invisalign would be a better option and more cost effective. Upon receipt of the estimate, it was the same as a more complicated case of braces for another family about 14 months prior. I feel that the information was misleading. My original post did not reflect the true comparison of the cost between the two treatment plans. After further review I realized now that the cost of Invisalign is a more cost-effective option. Thanks, Otto, for helping me to understand the treatment options, cost, and for our family's current treatment.

I was recommended this location by my dentist and this has to be one of the best recs I’ve ever received. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dr. Otto is adorable and equally as friendly. She’s knowledgable in her role and I’ve never questioned anything she’s done. I recommend her offices to anyone I can.

Charity and Dr. Karkow are amazing. I want to to personally thank them and the entire staff. They're very passionate about taking care of the patients and I'm thankful they were part of this journey. My daughter Maddie loves Otto! They are so quick and efficient with everything.

They are very willing, understanding and helpful to all needs. I have great experiences so far before my treatment and since my treatment for braces started in November. The orthodontist assts and Dr. Rowland are understanding and helpful, I have sensory issues with my mouth and teeth and they are always understanding and gives breaks too 🙂 Always good experience!

Literally the best! They know what they’re doing here, and when I say so nice omg it’s like visiting family. Everyone in the office always has a smile on their faces. The office is always bright and clean. It’s so calm and peaceful at Otto orthodontics. I love it there!

Oh man! They are great! I had no baby sitter so I had to bring the 2 year old with me. She talked loud and ran around the whole office and worker joined in and played with while i received the services that I came for. I won’t bring here next time but if I had to I know it would not be a problem. The doctor that I saw was great! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you
