Best orthodontist! Everyone is extremely kind. I was impressed how thorough the doctors/ staff were with my treatment plan. I’ll be sad when my treatment is complete, because of the staff!! Don’t question it, go to Otto!!

The entire staff is wonderful! The information provided about options for orthodontics was thorough. The dentist took her time explaining information and allowing time for questions; she is very personable! The facility is clean and beautiful.

Everyone there was so friendly and never made me feel bad or uncomfortable about how bad my teeth are and went over lots of options for my treatment and were very understanding and accepting was just overall amazing definitely made me feel very comfortable

Otto orthodontics is as good of a facility as they come. I have worked with both Dr. Otto and Dr. Larkin, and I cannot hyperbolic how skilled, passionate, professional, and easy to get along with they are. Today my son received his top set of braces and our experience from the consultation to today with Otto Orthodontics has been amazing. All of the ladies made my son comfortable and they were so informative and we left today knowing exactly how to take care of his new braces. Even though we’ve only been going for a short time, I highly recommend them. They are just lovely 🥰

We had an amazing experience at Otto Orthodontics- Wentzville. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and understood our concerns. They are very family friendly and made efforts to ensure my 9 y/o daughter was comfortable. The office was very clean and organized. Extra shoutout to Ashley our treatment coordinator who explained everything extremely well and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed and we left the office feeling like we had an excellent plan in place. Thank you to the entire team at Otto Orthodontics.
