We are so pleased to have our daughter with special needs treated by Dr. Karkow and the team at Otto Orthodontic in Fenton. They have been phenomenal with our kiddo.

Wonderful experience, teeth look amazing and the staff was always so friendly.

Very clean pleasant office. Treated kindly while getting all concerns addressed and questions answered. Great payment plans easy and convenient.

phenomenal. EVERYONE on staff is so informative, polite, and courteous. They take time to explain things thoroughly and are helpful every step of the way ; they also offer flex payment plans. The software and advanced equipment is next level. The office is also so unique- fun and beautiful. I cannot stress enough how well my care AND aftercare has been. I would highly recommend

I absolutely love this office. As an adult I feared getting braces, but they made it easy for me. Constant professionals. Big shout out to Courtney. She goes above and be beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied. She really bends over for them. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Everyone in this office is beyond exceptional! They were so patient with my son. They explained the treatment plan for my son with so much detail. I really appreciate their compassion and attention to detail. This was only my son's first visit but I look forward to the rest of his appointments moving forward!

I have been in invisalign treatment with this office for 2 years now. They are always professional, kind, and on point with all of their appointments. They are thorough and make sure you don't leave without addressing the next steps. 10/10 recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience at Otto Orthodontics today for my daughter’s initial consultation with Dr. Larkin. He recommended a palate expander as part of her treatment plan to address her overcrowding during phase 1, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely engaged with my daughter. They took the time to listen to her (even when she was being a little silly!) and made her feel completely comfortable instead of rushed.

The entire visit felt welcoming and thorough from start to finish. My only regret is not choosing Otto Orthodontics for my own treatment last year. Highly recommend!
