I want to take a moment to give a special shoutout to Dr. Kirsten Karkow and the entire team at Otto Orthodontics! If your teeth aren’t completely straight and you’re considering an orthodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Karkow and her team. From the very beginning, the atmosphere has been fun, welcoming, and caring. Every visit, I felt genuinely appreciated and treated like royalty. Even after my braces were removed, Dr. Karkow took the extra time to make sure my teeth were filed evenly and that everything looked just right. That level of care and attention to detail truly meant a lot to me. I can honestly say I enjoyed wearing braces, which is something I never thought I would say! The hospitality, kindness, and professionalism shown at every visit made the entire experience so much better. I will truly miss you guys! ❤️ Thank you, Dr. Karkow and the entire Otto Orthodontics team, for taking such great care of me. Keep up the amazing work!

I appreciate Dr. Otto’s orthodontic expertise and customized plan to finalize my Invisalign treatment. She and her team are very friendly, time efficient, and take time to answer my questions. They work really well with my dental sensitivity and each visit I leave feeling well cared for and thankful for their excellent treatment. My kids also see Dr. Otto for their orthodontic treatment- We are all smiles about their care and cannot recommend them enough!

She was so helpful and considerate, she made my retainers procedure painless and accommodated exactly what I needed with a surprisingly quick turnaround. I will definitely be a continued returning patient to the Fenton Otto clinic because of their competitive pricing and definitely because of Kaitlyn’s kindness that went above and beyond, especially in comparison to my husbands’ experience at this same clinic, interacting other clinic members. Otto is amazing. The personal care I got today was incredible. I did not expect how above and beyond the staff would go to accommodate a wrong time that I wrote down. But they worked their magic to make it happen for me to be seen today. I did not feel like just another patient today. Oyyo really cares about the patient rather than what is convenient. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Otto Orthodontics. From the moment I walked through the door, I have felt so welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I have been dealing with a broken jaw that unfortunately cannot be fixed, and navigating that has been incredibly hard. She has taken the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options, and make me feel comfortable and supported when I really needed it. What I appreciate most about Dr. Otto is that she treats you like a person, not just a patient. Her genuine care and compassion have meant so much to me during a challenging time, and I am incredibly grateful to have her guiding me through my treatment. Yesterday I had my braces off to start my invisalign program as I will be away for 4-5 months. I only had my braces on for 4.5 months. My teeth are almost perfectly straight and the bite problem, which was the reason I got braces, is already much improved. I am very happy with the results. If you are a senior citizen considering braces, go for it with Otto Orthodontics. They treat us with respect and the results will improve your life. Thank you Otto Orthodontics

We have had an excellent experience with this orthodontic office. Two of my sons have received treatment here - one with Invisalign and the other with a more complex, multi-step treatment plan. We have been extremely pleased with both experiences. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and wonderful about explaining each step of the process. We have always felt confident that our boys were receiving skilled and individualized care. I would highly recommend this office to any family looking for an orthodontic team.

They explained everything in detail so my child knew exactly what to expect. Very patient with us. Gentle with her and after a long time coming…her teeth look great!

This is a fantastic place. Very knowledgeable, personal and friendly staff. They are so patient with my daughter holds the candy bar hostage, and refuses to cooperate. They just stay calm in the midst of the chaos.

As an adult it is intimidating to get your teeth fixed. They have made me feel so comfortable and are always so kind to my kids when I have to bring them to appointments with me. ❤️ They are the best!
