What a great experience! From the initial visit and them explaining the plan and then to my placement was amazing! Nichole was awesome she explained step by step what the process was and I was in and out within an hour on my lunch break!! Looking forward to the end results!!

Everything was explained very thoroughly and the exam was very fast for my son’s first time being at an orthodontist! They all were so friendly 🩷we got all our questions answered and my son felt better after hearing the braces would not hurt 😊

Love this office! Everyone was very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job explaining everything to me. They also work with you with the cost and explain everything when it comes to that! They went through all the X-rays with me and explained that amazingly! The office is very welcoming and friendly! I would definitely recommend this office!!!

Hands down best experience I have ever had. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I essentially went in for a consultation regarding Invisalign or braces, and I left work braces the same day. It was such an easy to understand experience and everyone had such a positive attitude. Amazing experience.

Best orthodontist! Everyone is extremely kind. I was impressed how thorough the doctors/ staff were with my treatment plan. I’ll be sad when my treatment is complete, because of the staff!! Don’t question it, go to Otto!!

Dr. Otto is an earth angel!!! I am grateful our paths crossed. We had an unfortunate experience where my 10 year old knocked out her front two teeth at a friend’s home. At this point, we were not a patient of hers and did know her. She lived nearby, hopped in her car in her PJs (god love her), came over to reinsert the teeth. Dr Otto continued to check in while we were at Children’s hospital and days/weeks following. She researched and offered guidance on when to start braces. Today was an exciting day with brackets ❤️

Officially got my Invisalign today! Everyone at otto has been amazing! Making me feel as comfortable as possible through this whole experience both physically and mentally as far as explaining everything very well and making sure to answer any questions. All my nerves are calmed and I am very excited to continue this journey with them.

Although we don't go here anymore (double insured we needed to find a place that took both our insurance's) we absolutely loved it when we did! This office is truly full of dedicated wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make what can be a scarey experience so calm and inviting! The environment they created is fun and vibrant while still having that comfy cozy feeling making it a more relaxing experience than you would think possible for an orthodontist office. My girlie's really enjoyed the artwork and neon pink signs but they really thought it was cool the staff had matching shoes!! The kiddos like to dress up the same so that was like coolest thing for them! The best thing overall though was the ease of communication between the staff, orthodontist, myself, and my daughter! They just really made an effort to make you feel heard when asking questions, answering questions, explaining, just all of it!!! 10/10 I wish every office I HAD to go to was this way, I'd never miss any appointments! 😆
