We had an amazing experience at Otto Orthodontics- Wentzville. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and understood our concerns. They are very family friendly and made efforts to ensure my 9 y/o daughter was comfortable. The office was very clean and organized. Extra shoutout to Ashley our treatment coordinator who explained everything extremely well and answered all of our questions. I found Otto Orthodontics just last week. Their website and the team that answers phone calls say that they want to get to know you and truly care about their patients. I was shocked to find out that this is NOT just a slogan at Otto. They really mean it! My partner had a situation that seemed to be impossible for him to get the treatment he needed. The team at Otto was able to find a solution and make his treatment possible! The technology they have is awesome, you don't even need to have impressions with the yucky stuff everyone chokes on, it is like a 5 second laser instead. Incredible. I just can't thank everyone at Otto enough for their genuine care for folks. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure!

such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful 🙂 I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷
