The Manchester office is great! My son is always nervous and the girls are so patient with him. The office is inviting. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Otto.

Feeling great about my Invisalign smile created at Otto Orthodontics in Fenton. Dr. Karkow is an expert teeth wrangler who is very friendly and has always put me right at ease every time I go in. The staff of assistants are all very good as well. The Fenton office is very modern and up to date. Highly recommended!

We have two kids in braces at Dr. Otto's practice in Wentzville. The staff is amazing and my kids always enjoy their visits.

We came in for a follow up and my daughter was able to start her Orthodontic journey SAME DAY! They made the payment plan and treatment plan flexible and easy to understand, all the girls hyped her up once she picked her colors and finished getting brackets placed! She is so happy & can’t wait to continue to come back! Thank you ladies for being so fabulous!

I took my son for a consult for braces and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone we came in contact with made it feel like home. They were able to get his braces on while we were there so there was no need to make another appointment to get it done. They were VERY detailed with explaining the process from start to finish. The office was BERY clean and the environment is one you don't see often! My son had not one complaint and that’s huge for a 15 year old! Thank you OTTO Orthodontics!!!!!
