Today I went in to start my aligner treatment and the entire staff was great. Starting with the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and Dr. Otto. Everyone was super nice and had great energy! I was told that going with Invisalign would be a better option and more cost effective. Upon receipt of the estimate, it was the same as a more complicated case of braces for another family about 14 months prior. I feel that the information was misleading. My original post did not reflect the true comparison of the cost between the two treatment plans. After further review I realized now that the cost of Invisalign is a more cost-effective option. Thanks, Otto, for helping me to understand the treatment options, cost, and for our family's current treatment.

Initial placement of both my daughter's upper braces went quick and uneventful this morning! My girls were at ease and the assistants explained everything as they went along. The orthodontist was very kind and personable to me and my daughter's. We were in and out within an hour for both!
