Growing up, I always had a passion for science and medicine as well strong creative interests in design and aesthetics. Orthodontics is the perfect field for me because I not only create functional, healthy smiles but also beautiful smiles that help balance facial aesthetics. While I treat patients of all ages, I really love that I can be a positive influence on many adolescents during a very influential time in their lives. I cherish the opportunity to help people in my own community and enjoy getting to know them during their treatment. A career in orthodontics has given me the opportunity to increase self-confidence by designing smiles that everyone is proud to show off. Being able to affect others in such a way is truly a gift.

Personal

I grew up in St. Charles, MO with my parents and two sisters who I am lucky to have a very close relationship with. Fortunately, my entire family still lives in St. Louis and I enjoy spending my free time with my parents, sisters, brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews. My husband A.J. and I have three wonderful daughters of our own- Scarlett, Sloane and Teddi. When my husband and I are not running the practice, we love to travel with our daughters, try out new restaurants and spend time with friends and family.

Oh man! They are great! I had no baby sitter so I had to bring the 2 year old with me. She talked loud and ran around the whole office and worker joined in and played with while i received the services that I came for. I won’t bring here next time but if I had to I know it would not be a problem. The doctor that I saw was great! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you

such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful :) I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷

Without question, The Wentzville team made my Invisalign journey incredibly smooth. The team is professional, the office is efficient, and my teeth look absolutely perfect. Thank you! We had a fantastic experience at Otto Orthodontics today for my daughter’s initial consultation with Dr. Larkin. He recommended a palate expander as part of her treatment plan to address her overcrowding during phase 1, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely engaged with my daughter. They took the time to listen to her (even when she was being a little silly!) and made her feel completely comfortable instead of rushed. The entire visit felt welcoming and thorough from start to finish. My only regret is not choosing Otto Orthodontics for my own treatment last year. Highly recommend!
