We had an amazing experience at Otto Orthodontics- Wentzville. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and understood our concerns. They are very family friendly and made efforts to ensure my 9 y/o daughter was comfortable. The office was very clean and organized. Extra shoutout to Ashley our treatment coordinator who explained everything extremely well and answered all of our questions. Great staff, always super friendly, my kids love the fun energetic atmosphere, and most important my child’s cross bite and crowding have been fixed! They’re flexible and have many options for appointment times that work well for everyone. Definitely will use in the future if any more of our kids require orthodontia.
