We have had such a wonderful experience with Otto orthodontist office! My son only had his braces on for 13 months, and part of the reason we had to wait a little longer was simply because we were waiting for some of his teeth to come in. Throughout the entire process, the whole team has been amazing to work with. One thing that really stood out to us was how accommodating and flexible they were. Even when our regular office didn’t have an appointment available, they gave us options to visit one of their other locations. No matter which office we went to, we were always greeted by friendly, helpful, and professional staff who made us feel comfortable. Everyone has been so patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout my son’s orthodontic journey. We truly appreciate the care they provided and how smoothly they made the entire process for both my son and our family. We are so happy with his results and would absolutely recommend this orthodontist to other families looking for great care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

We went yesterday for our initial exam. They were unbelievably friendly. The kindness that every technician offered was a blessing. They explained everything and worked with us to walk through the whole process for braces and all the options. Even my son stated how kind and friendly everyone was. He recommended a palate expander as part of her treatment plan to address her overcrowding during phase 1, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely engaged with my daughter. They took the time to listen to her (even when she was being a little silly!) and made her feel completely comfortable instead of rushed. The entire visit felt welcoming and thorough from start to finish. My only regret is not choosing Otto Orthodontics for my own treatment last year. Highly recommend!
