Dr. Otto is an earth angel!!! I am grateful our paths crossed. We had an unfortunate experience where my 10 year old knocked out her front two teeth at a friend’s home. At this point, we were not a patient of hers and did know her. She lived nearby, hopped in her car in her PJs (god love her), came over to reinsert the teeth. Dr Otto continued to check in while we were at Children’s hospital and days/weeks following. She researched and offered guidance on when to start braces. Today was an exciting day with brackets ❤️

Huge Shout out to our FABULOUS Dental Technician, Nichole!! She has this gentle, warm presence that is so friendly and comforting but she is also very knowledgeable!! We are proud clients of OTTO Orthodontics and have been absolutely amazed with the consistency throughout the entire experience. The front desk staff are always very warm and welcoming, and our wonderful dental technician Nichole is absolutely stellar! I am confident that OTTO Orthodontics is well aware how much of a huge asset Nichole is to their team! We have seen her a few times and every time she picks up right where we left off! She makes my 12-year-old daughter feel more than comfortable, and is professional, and also extremely thorough, explaining all steps and any important information that my daughter should know in effort to reach the best possible outcome - she is patient and also is FANTASTIC in providing wonderful suggestions based on my daughters likes! (Huge bonus that she also is actually “in the know” with what is trendy for her age group! 😜😬😍) She is personable and professional, but above all she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Everyone in this office has been WONDERFUL, but we are always hopeful that it is Nichole that we get to visit with again! Love everything about this place; the cleanliness, efficiency, professionalism not to mention the wonderful results we have seen in such a short amount of time! Dr. Larkin really took time to understand what we are trying to achieve and even though we were told that we weren’t ready to begin for a long period of time other places, Dr. Larkin listened, and understood… He did some digging to see how he could help us and came back with a master plan! A master plan that is absolutely proving itself to be effective which speaks to his high level of expertise and also ability to think outside the box. We are SO grateful that we found Otto Orthodontics- and will never go anywhere else! We highly recommend anyone with children especially to check them out because I guarantee you will see the same value, expertise and professionalism!

Great first experience! Every staff member we encountered was phenomenal from scheduling our consultation to the orthodontist and everyone in between. The office is clean, decorated great for teens, and upbeat. ALL staff was smiling and seemed to enjoy being there. They have state of the art technology and the best pricing I have seen in the area. Our consult was quick (but not rushed, they answered all my questions). They just really had everything put together well and streamlined. Dr. Larkin was super friendly and didn’t push any appliances or upgrades we didn’t need. We were able to have my daughter’s braces placed that day! Dr. Larkin was able to remove a pesky loose tooth that had been holding on for months without numbing medicine for my child without tears. The staff knows how to talk to kids/teens to keep them engaged and make them feel at ease. They have a pretty sweet rewards program to keep kids on track and an even sweeter looking “Braces Off Bar”. I have seen Otto Orthodontics baskets donated at a few fundraisers I have been to and they also have the cutest booths at many community functions around town. It’s great that they give back to their community and stay involved throughout the year! No wonder they were voted #1 Orthodontist!
