Dr. Otto is an earth angel!!! I am grateful our paths crossed. We had an unfortunate experience where my 10 year old knocked out her front two teeth at a friend’s home. At this point, we were not a patient of hers and did not know her. She lived nearby, hopped in her car in her PJs (god love her), came over to reinsert the teeth. Dr Otto continued to check in while we were at Children’s hospital and days/weeks following. She researched and offered guidance on when to start braces. Today was an exciting day with brackets ❤️ Update 8/18/2026– She has had her braces on for 6 months and I am shocked with the progress!! Thankfully no ankylosis

The staff here is so incredibly patient and kind, I saw them interacting with nervous patients especially the kids that need more hand holding and they spent a lot of time making sure everyone felt comfortable and heard. such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful :) I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷

Highly recommend! My main office was the St. Peter’s location but I’ve also been to the Wentzville location. Both locations are clean, spacious and convenient. The staff was always positive and so sweet. They’re more affordable than other places in the area. They have a texting line which is super convenient. They also offer a retainer for life program where you can get a replacement retainer at no extra cost. I took two of my kids somewhere else for their braces and that place was great too but it was pretty pricey. This rating comes from my ortho treatment that I just finished up. When it comes time for our youngest to start his braces treatment, he will be coming here as well.
