Otto Orthodontics has been great since day one. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Roland has watched my daughter's permanent teeth come in and recommended treatments that have helped her teeth come in straighter. They never pushed for braces, taking a wait and see what happens as the teeth came in. Now that she has started braces, they are taking their time, letting her get used to them. It is very different than when I had braces in the 80s. I highly recommend Otto to anyone who needs orthodontics.

The office of Otto Orthodontics is great. My daughter has been going to their Fenton office for the last 2 years for treatment. Today she completed her braces regimen and we are so very happy with the results. The staff and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Dr. Otto is an earth angel!!! I am grateful our paths crossed. We had an unfortunate experience where my 10 year old knocked out her front two teeth at a friend’s home. At this point, we were not a patient of hers and did not know her. She lived nearby, hopped in her car in her PJs (god love her), came over to reinsert the teeth. Dr Otto continued to check in while we were at Children’s hospital and days/weeks following. She researched and offered guidance on when to start braces. Today was an exciting day with brackets ❤️ Update 8/18/2026– She has had her braces on for 6 months and I am shocked with the progress!! Thankfully no ankylosis

such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful :) I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷
