Huge Shout out to our FABULOUS Dental Technician, Nichole!! She has this gentle, warm presence that is so friendly and comforting but she is also very knowledgeable!! We are proud clients of OTTO Orthodontics and have been absolutely amazed with the consistency throughout the entire experience. The front desk staff are always very warm and welcoming, and our wonderful dental technician Nichole is absolutely stellar! I am confident that OTTO Orthodontics is well aware how much of a huge asset Nichole is to their team! We have seen her a few times and every time she picks up right where we left off! She makes my 12-year-old daughter feel more than comfortable, and is professional, and also extremely thorough, explaining all steps and any important information that my daughter should know in effort to reach the best possible outcome - she is patient and also is FANTASTIC in providing wonderful suggestions based on my daughters likes! (Huge bonus that she also is actually “in the know” with what is trendy for her age group! 😜😬😍) She is personable and professional, but above all she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Everyone in this office has been WONDERFUL, but we are always hopeful that it is Nichole that we get to visit with again! Love everything about this place; the cleanliness, efficiency, professionalism not to mention the wonderful results we have seen in such a short amount of time! Dr. Larkin really took time to understand what we are trying to achieve and even though we were told that we weren’t ready to begin for a long period of time other places, Dr. Larkin listened, and understood… He did some digging to see how he could help us and came back with a master plan! A master plan that is absolutely proving itself to be effective which speaks to his high level of expertise and also ability to think outside the box. We are SO grateful that we found Otto Orthodontics- and will never go anywhere else! We highly recommend anyone with children especially to check them out because I guarantee you will see the same value, expertise and professionalism!

Hands down best experience I have ever had. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I essentially went in for a consultation regarding Invisalign or braces, and I left work braces the same day. It was such an easy to understand experience and everyone had such a positive attitude. Amazing experience.

Everyone there was so friendly and never made me feel bad or uncomfortable about how bad my teeth are and went over lots of options for my treatment and were very understanding and accepting was just overall amazing definitely made me feel very comfortable

This was my 1st experience with an orthodontist. As an older adult I wasn't sure how I would be treated; braces are for kids after all. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was! I’ve been trying to get Invisalign for a while. My regular dentist office has gave me the run around and the one ortho I met with prior gave lack luster service.

Saw an Otto Orthodontics ad online and figured I’ll give it a shot. I was able to get scheduled within 3 days of inquiring and within my first hour long consult I knew they would take care great of me.

Very easy process to begin and better payment options than the competitors. I look forward to beginning treatment in the next few weeks!
