Oh man! They are great! I had no baby sitter so I had to bring the 2 year old with me. She talked loud and ran around the whole office and worker joined in and played with while i received the services that I came for. I won’t bring here next time but if I had to I know it would not be a problem. The doctor that I saw was great! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you

Great staff, always super friendly, my kids love the fun energetic atmosphere, and most important my child’s cross bite and crowding have been fixed! They’re flexible and have many options for appointment times that work well for everyone. Definitely will use in the future if any more of our kids require orthodontia.

We had an amazing experience at Otto Orthodontics- Wentzville. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and understood our concerns. They are very family friendly and made efforts to ensure my 9 y/o daughter was comfortable. The office was very clean and organized.
