The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dr. Otto is adorable and equally as friendly. She’s knowledgable in her role and I’ve never questioned anything she’s done. I am a senior (not in school LOL!) and first time braces wearer. To say I was apprehensive is a down play. But Jana answered ALL of my questions and explained everything step by step. Then Dr Otto came in and answered even more of my questions. I was also able to set up an interest free payment plan which was perfect. When I returned to get my braces, everything went well. I was told that going with Invisalign would be a better option and more cost effective. Upon receipt of the estimate, it was the same as a more complicated case of braces for another family about 14 months prior. I feel that the information was misleading. My original post did not reflect the true comparison of the cost between the two treatment plans. After further review I realized now that the cost of Invisalign is a more cost-effective option. Thanks, Otto, for helping me to understand the treatment options, cost, and for our family's current treatment.

Today I went in to start my aligner treatment and the entire staff was great. Starting with the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and Dr. Otto. Everyone was super nice and had great energy!
