The staff here is so incredibly patient and kind, I saw them interacting with nervous patients especially the kids that need more hand holding and they spent a lot of time making sure everyone felt comfortable and heard. They all have the best attitudes, are so positive and playful, and still incredibly professional. I have been recommending them to everyone, everywhere and will continue to do so!

Fabulous Orthodonics, especially for a seven-year-old getting braces for the first time. Alivia was outstanding, kind, calm, gentle and talked to my granddaughter the entire time, telling her what was being done. I can't thank her enough for how she treated my Granddaugher! Awesome! such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful :) I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷
