Love Otto Orthodontics! I was able to get started with my treatment back in May and have had nothing but great experiences at every single appointment since then! Both Dr do such a great job at really addressing your needs, answering all questions, and making sure your teeth stay on track! Just got my daughter started in treatment here a couple months ago and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

I sometimes am a little pessimistic of overwhelmingly 5-star reviews, because some practices incentivize them without disclosure, but I have to say - this place and the folks here are pretty great and I have no incentive to say so.

No one tried to sell anything to me or push me to make a decision, which is frankly why I left my other provider. The space also doesn’t have the gloomy, archaic setting that dental practices sometimes suffer from, if that matters to you and your kiddos.

Dr. Otto and her team are amazing! As a single parent, her and her team have made it affordable for both of my kids to have braces. That alone shows such kindness, compassion, and selflessness. Every time we are at their office, it always feels so warm and welcoming. I would truly recommend them to anybody. There is a good energy in the office. It’s a real team! Love this place. Getting appointments is never a hassle. My kid usually has a short wait time. Everyone is professional; I have no doubt my child is getting the best most updated care. And honestly, I love the pink theme of the office and staff!

My braces were applied back in August and I had my first adjustment visit a few days ago. I’m so happy that I was referred to this orthodontic practice. My experiences from my initial consultation to the recent appointment have been absolutely superb. Everything was explained to me and any questions or concerns that I have had were answered. All of the ladies from the phone line to office staff are amazing! They return calls within a reasonable time, also a messaging line is available that you can text instead of a phone call. As someone who has had horrible experiences with dental offices as an adult, walking into this office I know that my teeth are in good hands. The excellent staff helps take some of the anxiety out of the visits and any concerns or issues that have arisen since the application of the braces. The financing process was easy with a reasonable payment plan over the course of 18months. There is a portal that you can make extra payments or simply keep track of your account. I recommend Otto Orthodontics to anyone considering braces for themselves or their kids. If google had more than 5 stars I’d give them all available stars. I’m looking forward to the smile that I’ll have at the end.
