I was treated in the Des Peres office for braces. Every part of the 24 month treatment plan has been smooth and efficient. Dr. Otto, Dr. Larkin and the entire staff are top notch and very caring. Otto Orthodontics has been great since day one. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Roland has watched my daughter's permanent teeth come in and recommended treatments that have helped her teeth come in straighter. They never pushed for braces, taking a wait and see what happens as the teeth came in. Now that she has started braces, they are taking their time, letting her get used to them. It is very different than when I had braces in the 80s. I highly recommend Otto to anyone who needs orthodontics.
