Love this place. I don’t usually like Otho appointments but I am always excited for this place

I went today for my free consultation and it was amazing!! The St. Peter's location was very welcoming and very friendly! They made it easy to make a connection with and they were able to answer the question I had and, of course, said if I had any more later to not hesitate to reach out so they could answer those as well. They made me feel very comfortable as I had never been to an orthodontist!! 100/10 recommend!

From the moment you walk into Otto Orthodontics, you feel welcomed! The staff is not only professional and friendly, but they also bring a stylish touch with their Jordan 1s—definitely the coolest dental team we’ve seen! They make every visit a great experience, keeping things upbeat while still providing top-notch care. My son actually looks forward to his appointments, which says a lot. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a fun yet professional orthodontic experience!

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and reassuring to my daughter and I during our visit for a consultation. The consultation went well, we were ready to get started, and they got my daughter started on the same day. It was a positive experience.

My 2 daughters go here and they're amazing today our youngest one started her braces journey. They was so kind to her even though she cant sit till long. But she did great and so did the lady working on her she was very patient with our daughter.

Otto Orthodontics know what they are doing! The Drs and staff are amazing and alway very quick to get you in for appointments. I am currently doing Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier! :)

Great appointment today to get my Invisalign trays. Everything was clearly explained so use should be fairly simple! Now to adjust to having them in and waiting for results! Thanks to the team at Otto Orthodontics!

They're very knowledgeable and explained the process to my son and I in detail. They have made him feel comfortable when he was scared. So far we have had a great experience and are already seeing great results. Definitely recommend.

We visited this office for an emergency appointment after my son's braces were loose. They were able to get us in and fix the issue on short notice before a camping trip. The staff was friendly and professional.

I’ve been taking my two kids to Dr. Otto (and now also Dr. Larkin) for a few years now. We’ve experienced both the Wentzville and St. Peter’s offices, and I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. Everyone is kind, friendly, patient, understanding AND they make my kids feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!
