My 2 daughters go here and they're amazing today our youngest one started her braces journey. They was so kind to her even though she cant sit till long. But she did great and so did the lady working on her she was very patient with our daughter.

They are by far the best orthodontist place in
STL area. I love the atmosphere and don’t dread coming to get my teeth scanned and looked at. All the staff are very welcoming and can tell they love their jobs. You might have to pay more for braces or Invisalign but it is totally worth it. You get all the necessities and then some with the Invisalign treatment. I highly recommend going here if you want your smile to be fixed correctly.

We took our youngest son in to be evaluated for braces. We spoke with the team and the pure transparent honestly about needing to think about braces from a cosmetic standpoint showed us how individuated the plans are and a clear indication they are very ethical in their medical recommendations. This is our 2nd kid with Otto and our first had number of issues to resolve, looking forward to number 2 to be a less expensive child!

Feeling great about my Invisalign smile created at Otto Orthodontics in Fenton. Dr. Karkow is an expert teeth wrangler who is very friendly and has always put me right at ease every time I go in. The staff of assistants are all very good as well. The Fenton office is very modern and up to date. Highly recommended!
