This was my 1st experience with an orthodontist. As an older adult I wasn't sure how I would be treated; braces are for kids after all. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was! My son had his first ortho appointment this morning at Otto orthodontics, and it went so well. The staff is amazing and Dr. Larkin was fantastic. Thomas was all smiles, which was nice because he went in not super happy about having to have an expander again after a not so great experience elsewhere. They definitely put him at ease, and I’m pretty sure he actually had fun! Truly, they were wonderful.

And on the “mom end” of things, I appreciated how attentive and thorough they were in explaining treatment and timelines. Check in and check out process was very efficient. Plus, it is a very upbeat and positive atmosphere! You can tell they really care. So very glad we chose Otto orthodontics.
