Ten out of ten.Everyone was happy to be at work, kind, welcoming, and the facility is beautiful. You can tell these folks want to work at Otto. I felt very comfortable with this team.Easy, interest free payment plan! Couldn’t ask for a better deal.I thought braces were the end of the world, Otto proved me wrong.

Otto Orthodontist is by far the best Orthodontist I have used. They explain everything in great detail and even shows the parent's and child how everything should be done by video. I would recommend this group over any of them.

Getting braces in your mid to late 20s can be very intimidating. From the time I called, to my first visit, to having my braces fully done has been nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism is top notch from the brand in its self, the identity, and who they choose to hire. I am very big on going to places that make me feel comfortable, not a dreading experience especially with how many visits you need for your treatment. They make you feel like you are a part of the family. Another thing I admired is the communication throughout the entire process. They do not skip a beat in explaining everything to you. Lastly, Dr. Otto and the staff are genuinely amazing people. Kindness, compassion, and authenticity are what they showed every single day I’ve been in that office and over the phone. They’ve done such an amazing job with not only my teeth but my confidence! Absolutely would recommend OTTO to the entire world. They would have several michelin stars in the ortho world. 11/10 great place.
