Such an amazing orthodontist!! Dr. Otto has fixed my smile!!! I was a transfer from another office that didn’t do the best with my Invisalign and she improved my smile more than I expected! She has now collaborated with other doctora and now OTTO othro has grown into a bad b**** empire. For consistency, options and perfection - I highly recommend OTTO Orthodontics.

Girls are very nice there! They make it feel like you're their friend which is very comforting and fun. Very clean environment, totally recommend!

They are by far the best orthodontist place in
STL area. I love the atmosphere and don’t dread coming to get my teeth scanned and looked at. All the staff are very welcoming and can tell they love their jobs. You might have to pay more for braces or Invisalign but it is totally worth it. You get all the necessities and then some with the Invisalign treatment. I highly recommend going here if you want your smile to be fixed correctly.

Otto Orthodontics is the BEST! I did invisalign and I'm so happy with my results. The office is clean and they are so professional and helpful. If you are in the market for braces I would highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice!!! I really felt like they took time to answer any questions and explain everything. It was not near as expensive as what I thought and the payment plan was great! They got a good laugh at my son wanting braces because he said he will "look cute." I would recommend solely based on how nice the staff was. He will get his braces on in a few weeks and will update again!

We came in for a follow up and my daughter was able to start her Orthodontic journey SAME DAY! They made the payment plan and treatment plan flexible and easy to understand, all the girls hyped her up once she picked her colors and finished getting brackets placed! She is so happy & can’t wait to continue to come back! Thank you ladies for being so fabulous!
