What a great week!! We made our consultation on Monday for both kids, one almost 13 and the 2nd 11. I had no clue what to expect, since it feels like so many younger kids are getting braces. I thought we were way behind, but I was so glad to hear we weren’t behind at all, and just 2 days later the older kid already has his top braces. And the other still has a few years before she’s ready. Thank you for not pushing services before we needed them. The consultation and the appointment today was full of smiles, friendly helpful staff!!

I’ve been taking my two kids to Dr. Otto (and now also Dr. Larkin) for a few years now. We’ve experienced both the Wentzville and St. Peter’s offices, and I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. Everyone is kind, friendly, patient, understanding AND they make my kids feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Lynde’s appointment went wonderful. The staff at this orthodontist is wonderful. We had a great experience 10 years ago with my first daughter and so far it’s been a great experience with my youngest child. They made it to where it was not very stressful for her getting her new braces. Wonderful staff.

Feeling great about my Invisalign smile created at Otto Orthodontics in Fenton. Dr. Karkow is an expert teeth wrangler who is very friendly and has always put me right at ease every time I go in. The staff of assistants are all very good as well. The Fenton office is very modern and up to date. Highly recommended!
