The staff here is so incredibly patient and kind, I saw them interacting with nervous patients especially the kids that need more hand holding and they spent a lot of time making sure everyone felt comfortable and heard. I was told that going with Invisalign would be a better option and more cost effective. Upon receipt of the estimate, it was the same as a more complicated case of braces for another family about 14 months prior. I feel that the information was misleading. My original post did not reflect the true comparison of the cost between the two treatment plans. After further review I realized now that the cost of Invisalign is a more cost-effective option. Thanks, Otto, for helping me to understand the treatment options, cost, and for our family's current treatment.
