Otto Orthodontics- Wentzville is great! From scheduling, checking in, x-rays and pictures, down to the consultation! Everyone in the office is so friendly! Courtney and Ashley were great with my daughter and she is super excited to get her braces now!

We love Otto! Nicole has been working with my son Leo and she has been exceptional. Dr. Larkin is amazing, as well. Nicole lets my daughter, Rowan, be her little assistant and now she wants to be an Orthodontist when she grows up because of her. My kids always have a good time 😊

Highly recommend! My main office was the St. Peter’s location but I’ve also been to the Wentzville location. Both locations are clean, spacious and convenient. The staff was always positive and so sweet. They’re more affordable than other places in the area. They have a texting line which is super convenient. They also offer a retainer for life program where you can get a replacement retainer at no extra cost. I took two of my kids somewhere else for their braces and that place was great too but it was pretty pricey. This rating comes from my ortho treatment that I just finished up. When it comes time for our youngest to start his braces treatment, he will be coming here as well.

such a nice office! very modern boutique-style setup which made me feel super comfortable before my appointment. They also have really cute branding with their accent color being hot pink which I thought was so unique and fun. I came here to get Hawley retainers (my post-invisalign retainers are plastic and not working well for me) so I assumed I was going to have to do traditional mold impressions again 😣 but I ended up not having to! This office has an amazing scanner to digitally take impressions, so no gross putty or uncomfortable trays shoved in your mouth! 😭 🙌 it was such a pleasant surprise and made the appointment way less stressful. all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful 🙂 I’d definitely recommend Otto if you’re looking for an orthodontist! 🩷

Dr. Otto and the staff are all very nice and attentive. The office is super cute and best of all, my teeth are so straight now! I look back at old pictures and am just amazed at how nice my teeth look now! Yay! Thank you Otto Orthodontics!
